Welcome to the Facilities Planning & Construction Home Page. Like our business, it is a work in progress, constantly "under construction."

FP&C is a diversified organization of professionals responsible for project planning, design and construction, as well as administrative support and contract administration.

Our mission is to provide professional design and construction services to University customers by managing the programming, planning, design, and construction of all University facilities. This is accomplished in close coordination and cooperation with the University community, the Office of the Architect for the University, and Facilities Management.
